The City of Talis is one of the oldest nations in the Universe Project community, having originally been conceived by reddit user /u/theflyingcheese in Feb 2013, mere weeks after the original marketing campaign for the UP was announced. We have been dormant for long amounts of time since then, but we are not dead. Theflyingcheese is acting leader and any questions about TCOT should be directed at him through reddit. We are extremely open to diplomacy or trade agreements.
